I brought two bikes in, each for a chain replacement and was told that it would take a few days before they could even look at my bikes due to a work load backlog. I was aware that one of the bikes was having some issues. A couple of days later I was informed of issues that needed repairs on both bikes and that they needed to order parts. When I got my bikes back eight days later they charged a very fair price for me and both bikes are functioning very well.
Went in to look at a new mountain bike. Matt was the salesperson that helped me. He was invlcredible! He got two bikes down from the hangers on the ceiling for me to ride. And when I asked him to give me his honest opinion, he gave it to me. He had a bike medium in stock that was just a little too small. He had to order the bike that fit me better in. When he could have just told me the medium frame was fine. He even gave me a generous discount. I have bought bikes here and will continue to. Thank you Matt!!
This place is amazing. They had everything we needed for our ski trip. The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. This shop has everything you'll need for any type of outdoor recreation. Highly recommend!!
These guys are the best. They have helped us get our kids fitted in bikes as they’ve grown in size over the years. They also helped me step into the world of road biking. They are very honest and fair, and i feel comfortable stepping into the shop whenever i have a question or if things just don’t “feel right” on a ride.
