Shipping policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST. Please allow up to two business days for your order to ship.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

USPS
FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If your purchase contains a back order, we will ship the available items in your order. When the backordered item/s becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 90 days of your purchase.

1. Please email todd@iconicbicycles.com to request a return. We will provide a return label via FedEx or USPS. Shipping cost will be deducted from the return. You can also choose to use your own shipping label.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a descriptive letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Returns without this letter may cause a delay in you receiving your refund. Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for a return. 

Exchanges

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item item for a different product. You will be responsible for returning the item/order to us including any shipping charges.
